Allows Inline Monitoring of pH, Oxygen, and Glucose Levels
Culture medium continuously flows through the rotating cell culture vessel
and the external silicone oxygenator via a peristaltic pump. Medium can be exchanged,
sampled, or modified with or without stopping the vessel rotation. This system
allows inline monitoring of pH, oxygen, and glucose levels with the addition
of user supplied sensors mounted inline.
